Beautiful sales floor, excellent service given by the entire team. Stanley went over and above to go get us a car from a different lot, and bring it to us to see..withoutany guaranteethats we'd even like it. It took 3 hours out of his day. Even the gentleman who handled the registration noticed I was paying more than necessary for insurance and encouraged me to explore other options. I ended up adding a 3rd car, yet cutting my rate in from $250month for 2 cars to $139month for 3 cars. Huge, clean shop with tons of food and drinks to keep you busy. Would highly recommend.

Many things to Christopher Meraz at Toyota Hollywood. I bought a 2016 Highlander and had some serious problems with it a few days after I bought it. Chris and Patricia took good care of me and fixed it for no charge!

The Advisor who was helping getting the car did excellent job and he spent hours trying to make sure I got a deal that feet my budget. I was very impressed by the service that I received. My only concern that I have , my car didn’t come with a spare’s tire and the front strut absorbers needs to be replaced. I expect that dealer have to make sure the client is complete happy with the car that got. I will always recommend Toyota of Hollywood because provide great deal.
